24 Hour cancellation policy means if you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be subject to paying a late cancellation fee.
Any fees must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.
If you have a prepaid massage package appointment, the cancellation policy still applies.
2 consecutive cancellations will result in a fee. So if you schedule an appointment, cancel it, schedule another appointment, then cancel it again, you will have to pay a consecutive cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee may be no more than 100% nor less than 50% of the massage price
Reschedule Policy:
If you reschedule your appointment and then need to reschedule that rescheduled appointment, you may be subject to having to paying a reschedule fee (counts towards your massage price) in order to reschedule. So 2 reschedules of the same appointment will result in a non-fundable rescheduling fee. Again, this amount will be applied to your massage price. However if you need to cancel or reschedule that same appointment a 3rd time, you will not only lose out on that fee, but you will be required to pay for the FULL price of the originally scheduled massage.
Frequent rescheduling may subject you to have to pay a deposit before each appointment.
