It's time to improve your mobility! If you are tired of having limited range of motion or tired of having pain every time you do simple every day movements, then this is the program for you.
Mobility isn't something that just improves over time. You need to actively work on mobility exercises in order to improve your mobility. In this program we will spend 30 days working on different movements involving all of your joints as well as different muscle release techniques and stretches I've used over the years that have helped my clients increase and improve their mobility.
We will flex, rotate, extend, abduct, adduct, circumduct:
Knees
Hips
Ankles
Spine
Shoulders
Elbows
Wrists
Fingers
Feet
Hands
