My goal as a Medical Exercise Specialist and Licensed Massage Therapist is to eliminate your need for pain medication and injections, and help you become pain free through the use of movement. Resistance training, balance training, foam rolling, stretching, cardio (most don't like it but it's necessary!).


These are methods I have used for my clients  and myself for 8+ years. My job is to take the confusion out of exercise training while also providing tips and tricks to help you manage pain long after you are finished with the program.
